SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is free on all items. We ship all orders via DPD. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number for your parcel. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for your order to arrive from the date of dispatch. Please note as a new business we are currently unable to ship internationally, we hope to change this as soon as possible. All of our orders are packaged as well as they can be to protect your order. However we know accidents can happen and if your order arrives damaged please email us at hello@wilfredandbertie.co.uk with photos of the damage and we will be in touch to arrange an exchange / refund. 

We aim to despatch any print orders as soon as possible. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, please allow 1 - 3 working days for your order to arrive.

Due to all of our cushions being handmade, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive. Please note this may increase in busier periods. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, please allow 1 - 3 working days for your order to arrive.

 

RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order please email hello@wilfredandbertie.co.uk. To cancel your order you must email within the first 24 hours after placing the order. Any cancellation requests received after this time period cannot be actioned. 

We do accept returns, and you have 14 days to do so from the date you've received your order. However these are only accepted if the product is in the original packaging, unused and undamaged. If you wish to return an item please email hello@wilfredandbertie with your reason and request the return address. Customers are responsible for returning the item/s to us themselves and at their own expense. We always recommend using a tracked service. Once we have received the item back to us we will issue a refund via your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for this payment to appear in your account.

We do not offer exchanges on our products. The only incident exchanges are approved is if the product arrives damaged after shipment.
